Shifting Paradigms: a conversation about power and our relationship with work

Join us for a four-part podcast entitled, “Shifting Paradigms: a conversation about power and our relationship with work” as we explore the concept work. In our podcast, we will problematize the current dominant discourse about the return to office, so instead ask the bigger questions that we should be asking ourselves. We’ll talk about the history of the ways we do office work, how we got to 2019, and everything that has happened since 2020. And, we’ll explore where we go next and what the future of work looks like. In our podcast, we present our case for why we need a paradigm shift when it comes to work. This includes shifting power dynamics between employers and employees, exploring the role of work in our lives, and discussing how we better center humans and build work around human capital – acknowledging that a healthy, engaged, and enabled workforce is directly correlated with the long term success and growth of any business.
